January 8, 2023 Service Changes

To meet the needs of customers, communities, and economic development, the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is expanding service and streamlining some duplicative services in the temporary service change that goes into effect Sunday, January 8, 2023. The temporary service change will improve connections to jobs, health care, and education. To view a video which covers most of the changes, please click here.

Starting January 8, 2023 adjustments will be made to Routes 1, 2, 9, 11, 12, 22, and The Flyer. Two new routes will be added; the North Community Connector and Route 6. The new routes will be used to replace Routes 14 and 34 on January 8, 2023. These temporary changes were determined following an analysis of ridership on routes and specific trips, duplication of services, and economic development locations.
