Route 1 & 4 is being rerouted between Paul Lawrence Dunbar and Broadway. Use closest stops at 3rd & Euclid or 3rd & Williams.

Route 4 Detour

Route 4 is being rerouted between Leeland and Upland. Use closest stops at Hoover & Walton or Hoover and Crestmore.

Main and Franklin stop closed

Southbound Main and Franklin stop #2007 has been closed. A temporary stop has been added at Main and Washington.

All City Arts Festival reroute

A festival at Riverscape on May 4 from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. will cause reroutes on routes 6, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 22.

Route 7 construction

Due to Construction, stop ID# 168, 170, & 171 will be closed. Temporary stops on Holly at Muncie and Holly at Alice.

Route 8 Stop ID 1243 closed.

Route 8 stop # 1243 Salem and Delaware is closed. There is a temporary stop at Salem and Kenilworth.

May 26 service change

RTA is adjusting services on several routes starting May 26, 2024. Visit iriderta.org for details.

Route 16 Stop ID 1627 closed

Due to construction, the stop at Wilmington @ Thorpe ID 1627 is closed.

RTA thanks customers by offering free rides Thanksgiving Day

(DAYTON, OHIO)… As part of its 50^TH anniversary celebration, the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is thanking its customers by offering free rides on Thanksgiving Day, November 23, to ensure those in the community can attend Thanksgiving Day feasts and events. These free rides apply to both fixed-route and paratransit services.

RTA will run its regular schedule on Thanksgiving Day. RTA’s customer service call center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thanksgiving Day.

Riders are encouraged to use the Transit app, or RTA’s official real-time information and trip-planning available at www.iriderta.org to plan their trip to Thanksgiving Day events.
