(DAYTON, OHIO) – The Greater Dayton RTA will temporarily close the northbound/eastbound lane at Wright Stop Plaza on Thursday, May 7, 2026. The closure will begin when bus service starts for the day and may extend through late afternoon.
During the closure, northbound and eastbound buses will pick up and drop off riders on East Third Street between Main and Jefferson streets. The temporary boarding change will affect eastbound Routes 1, 2 and 4, northbound Routes 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 43 and 44.
The closure will also affect stops at Jefferson and Second streets, Jefferson and First streets, and First Street and Patterson Boulevard.
Several routes may experience minor delays while the closure is in place. Customers are encouraged to use the Transit app for real-time trip planning or visit www.iriderta.org.
