Greater Dayton RTA launches 2026 customer survey

(DAYTON, OHIO) – The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is inviting customers to share feedback through an online survey available from April 13 to May 10. The survey is part of the agency’s continued partnership with the American Bus Benchmarking Group (ABBG), which allows transit agencies to compare performance, share best practices and improve service.

The 2026 survey will be available online at www.iriderta.org/survey beginning April 13. It will be available in both English and Spanish. Customers can provide feedback on service, satisfaction, ease of use and other categories. All community members who use RTA services are encouraged to take part.

As an incentive, RTA is offering prizes to participants. During the first week of the survey, the RTA will randomly award one month of free rides to one participant. For each remaining week, RTA will randomly award one week of rides to one participant.
