Route 12 will travel down Free Pike, no longer providing the one-way trip on Curundu Avenue, to streamline service. The route will bypass the Delco Park loop and travel north and south along Woodman Drive. The route will then extend along Stroop Road to serve the Kettering Recreation Center, covering a portion of the discontinued Route 28, before laying over at the Meijer off Stroop Road and Wilmington Pike.
